Contact the car stuff guy if you can tell the year model of the car in the photo above. Let me know what makes you think so, such as what is the identifier(s). The car is a late model Dodge Challenger “Hellcat” but to be honest, I don’t know the year model. We can learn from each other.

Back in the day, Dodge Challengers were first built in 1970 and were very popular for gear heads like me. In 1970, there were supposedly only 165437 of these Hoss cars made. Their value keeps going up over the years due to their rarity.

In addition to popularity of the looks of the original Challenger, it was a really fast car at the time it was built. However, the new Challenger will go even faster with more horsepower. Hey, would you like to contact the Car Stuff Guy about questions you have about old or new cars that you want answered? It may be something as simple as “what was the first muscle car” or “what is a muscle car”? I know more about the older cars which are vintages now, but I like many of the later model cars that are around today. If the Car Stuff Guy don’t know the answer, he has mechanics who are friends to ask and of course, there is old fashioned research.

Let me hear from you…we both might learn something.
